Food is decent but service can be slow.

Good variety, reasonable prices, fresh ingredients.

Eat in or take out, this is some quality grub. I haven't been disappointed with a single thing on their menu and I make a point of ordering something different every time I go. The salsa bar is a must if you're sitting for a meal, but you can take some to go if you want. Friendly, quick service and remarkably scrumptious dishes combine to make your meal delectable.

Had a delicious single enchilada

Eggs were bland, beans were flavorless, rice was meh. I ordered the huevos con jamon. $15 for a bland meal. Not cool.

I placed an order for food to go. It took them 40 minutes to prepare. I asked at 30 minutes and the manager assured me my order was next. It was not. When I asked what took so long, they noted a new system without care or thought. The food wasn't good and most of it was tossed.

Flavorless salsa, high prices. Barbacoa burritos and carne asada nachos are tasty. This place is lucky due to location, but plenty of better tasting, better value alternatives farther from these neighborhoods.

Chilaquiles rojo was really good, and I loved the pickled vegetables and jalapenos they had at the salsa bar.

Honestly it’s overpriced. The food isn’t great Mexican food. $5 for a taco with just meat and onions. Amigos Grill in Portola Valley is far better and much closer and more convenient

I like the chicken broth of Mexican chicken and brown rice soup. Shrimp taco filling is pretty thick. All good.

The food was really good. The selection was really good. Unfortunately the line was very long and it took ~20 minutes to get the food.

Best Lulu's location there is. No other cook as well as this one. Wait can be long unless you order ahead. Sometimes they don't get the order right so check! Best fish tacos around. Best.

The food is fine here but the service is hit or miss sometimes. I always double check my order to make sure they got it right because they have messed it up more than once.

Lulus.. What a helpful and full staff. There's no shortage of employees. 99% working behind the counter keeping production and service up to standards. If not better! I ordered a very huge and popular steak burrito with a few complimentary chips that was exquisite! You have the option to dabble with the plethora of house salsas too. Don't hold back! Decent prices and delicious food!

I had a nice dinner at this restaurant. The place is rather casual, and the food was very good. I enjoy the enchiladas and everyone else in my party was very satisfied with the quality of their food. I may return just to try their other offerings.

This is my favorite Mexican joint in the Bay. Ingredients are excellent and the selection is good. It’s a little pricey but it’s so worth it. Try the fajita burritos or fajita plate and you won’t be disappointed.

Was I just charged $15 for a breakfast burrito??Potatoes, eggs, bacon and cheese.Gimme a freakin break!!Salsa bar looks good! Too bad they don’t give you chips until your order is ready... Finally picked up order (because they don’t bring it to you) and they gave me 3 chips.... yes, 3. The burrito was nothing great.. just a basic skimpy breakfast burrito. $15?? Ha!!!Also, I was polite and kind throughout, but the ladies at the front seemed to enjoy working here as much as I enjoyed my experience here.

Very good service, great food. I got a taco salad that was gigantic and delicious. Carne asada was flavourful but a little dry. Unfortunately it is quite common in Mexican food restaurants. It was busy at lunch time but everyone was served in a whim. There are several tables outside which makes dining very pleasant on cool days.
